It means that after an extensive assessment, which will help both you and I determine exactly what your needs, goals, and potential jedi powers are, we will then set upon a great quest: to help you achieve those goals, while meeting the needs of your lifestyle, helping you unlock your inner Jedi. (To be clear, I am not going to help you blow up a death star. I mostly meant I’ll help you get the body you’ve always wanted, live a longer a fullfilled life and educate you to make better choices for EVER)

Along the way, I’ll teach you the methods you need to live long and prosper. (I know its too much having a Star Wars and Star Trek pun on the same page)
Working on a monthly basis, you’ll have your diet and training program tailored specifically to you.

Each workout is YOUR workout. Every time you step into the gym, you will know exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it. No more guesswork, no more missed steps. Just personalised programming designed to get you results.
Each meal is YOUR meal. Have you just been guessing on the right foods to eat? Not only will I help you with your food selection, but educate in you in making better choices for you and your family.
You still get to live YOUR life. I wont ask you to give up anything from the get go. Eventually you will recognise the things that need to be removed from your life. We will make small, long lasting changes to your exercise and nutrition tat are sustainable for life.
Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment, and the previous months progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail/Phone support, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.
